  • When emailing to service@trg.us or faxing to 888-864-6790 the first 15 pages are free.  More then 15 pages ask for quote.
  • You are CALLED the same day we serve a DO TODAY or RUSH paper.
  • Your proof of service form is used, if one is provided.
  • You get a notarize affidavit of service unless instructed to the contrary. 
  • Your proofs are sent within 1 day on Do Today/Rush papers and 4 days on Routine. Your documents (invoice, proof, and est.) are sent direct to you.
  • Your extra copy if provided will be mailed on substituted services unless instructed to the contrary.
  • Your papers are served in accordance with the laws of your stat

At the NAPPS Annual Conference in Houston (1984), the members adopted specific definitions regarding service of process.  As a member of NAPPS, we adhere to these definitions: 

  • Routine: means the paper must have a first attempt within 4 days.

  • Rush: means the paper must be attempted within 48 hours.
  • Do Today:  means the paper is to be attempted the same day it is received.
